Dr. Wayne Dorband leads Summit Environmental with decades of experience in environmental science, consulting, education, and entrepreneurship. His work emphasizes practical, science-based solutions that protect environmental quality while helping clients move important projects forward responsibly.
Preston Christensen is an environmental professional with a technical background spanning biotechnology, soil science, and environmental compliance. His experience includes laboratory research, environmental sampling and assessment, stormwater compliance, soil and water evaluation, and work involving wetlands and Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting. He is currently completing a Master’s degree in Soil Science, with graduate research focused on soil health, microbiology, and agricultural systems. His work emphasizes practical, science-based solutions that support environmental compliance and responsible project development.

Brad Harr co-founded Summit Environmental and served as President and Senior Environmental Scientist. During his tenure, he helped establish the company’s expertise in environmental site assessments, regulatory compliance, building science, contaminant characterization, and remediation. His technical leadership contributed significantly to Summit’s growth and professional reputation.
Michael “Mike” Larango co-founded Summit Environmental and served as Vice President and Manager of Field Operations. His work helped build Summit’s field capabilities in environmental assessments, building investigations, groundwater monitoring, hazardous-waste management, and environmental sampling. His field experience and operational leadership were instrumental in the company’s development.
